Behavioral Real Estate: In short, what is it about?

Like behavioral economics, behavioral real estate (BRE) deals with empirical observations of human behavior in real estate related matter that deviates from classical economic theory, hence rationality. BRE draws conclusions of e.g. individual market behavior by observing humans in markets in the field or experimental markets and then draws conclusions on the effect of certain conditions prevalent in different conditions or treatments.
