A month has passed...

I'm in Reading now for over a month. The last view weeks were quite busy in getting everything set up an running. I'm currently still looking for an apartment but other than that everything is more than fine. My colleagues welcomed me very kindly, and I already feel part of the department.

Regarding research I'm currently drafting a first paper on AVM validation, other than that I started a project on AI in real estate presentation, mainly dealing with pictures, together with Mike Seiler. Furthermore, I want to submit an application for an EU grant on tokenization with friends from Sweden and a startup. Also the project on kinship and property prices together with a colleague from Cambridge starts to shape.

All in all, I have a lot to do and look forward to a good year doing research here at Henley Business School!
