Arrived in Reading

I finally arrived at Henley Business School in the department of Real Estate and Planning at the University of Reading and it was astonishing how welcoming the environment is. The year started off with a number of new projects that I'll be working on: a focus will be on the wisdom of the crowd, AI tools in real estate ads, property valuation with a focus on kinship and many more. Furthermore, with the beginning of the year my research colleagues from Austria an I were able to publish another article in the MethodX Journal.
